At 7PMBEANE, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below.
30-Day Return Policy
We accept eligible returns within 30 days after the date you receive your order.
To request a return, please contact us within the 30-day return period. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or we sent the wrong item.
If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions and let you know where to send the item.
Please do not send an item back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Order Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@7pmbeane.com and include your order number.
Because orders may enter processing shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be completed.
If an order has already been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation. In that case, you may request a return after receiving the item, subject to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery and contact us if:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, you may return the eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order for the product you want.
Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process an approved refund. After the refund has been issued, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.
